the Property Conditions Disclosure form which can reduce your liability
in a transaction.
- Pre-Qualify buyers before they view your
home.
- Respect your privacy and keep buyer showing
as convenient as possible.
- Provide feedback from all agents after all
showings.
The Negotiating Process
- Present all offers to purchase.
- Counsel you on what price to accept.
- Negotiate for you and help you make informed
decisions.
- Prepare an estimate of closing costs.
- Review the buyer's financial qualifications
when available.
- Update you on market conditions.
The Closing Process
- Work closely with you to assure a smooth
closing.
- Monitor all dates and events including contingencies,
property inspections, environmental inspections, wood destroying insects.
- Monitor the closing process details including
property appraisal, progress of buyer loan approval, etc.
- Be present at the buyer's "walk through".
- Attend the closing with you.
